I had the chance to do a pair of NikeID Free 5.0 Trainer for free99.
When they arrived - I was surprised that there were two pairs of sockliners (insoles) > 4.5 and 5.0!
Really good idea since many people are still wearing those uber cushioned running and going down to free’s 5.0 from one day to another wouldn’t be too comfy.

So I tried both and I have to say that I am a little disappointed that Nike didnt figure a method to have the same height of the sockliner cushioning. The 5.0 is def too high for the upper (your arche is way too close to the lacing / eyestay) while the 4.5 one is too short around the heel area so you literally can feel the stitching area between the upper and the tooling (outsole).

I didnt try the new frees but I hope that they have sorted that out.
